Job type: Full Time

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00/Hour (DOE)

Position Specific:

Objective: Install Oregon’s best outdoor lighting systems. Deliver first class service to team members and clients.

 

  1. 1. Crew Lead Support
    • Set your Crew Lead up for success by following OOL Core Values.
    • Follow direction and guidance of Crew Lead.
    • Be on time and ready to work at assigned start time everyday.
  1. 2. Install
    • Take pride in your trenches.
    • Ensure all installs are completed to company standards using Installation Checklist.
    • Complete all required forms (digital or hard copy) to company standards.
  1. 3. Clean
    • Ensure job site is clean and orderly before leaving each day.
    • Ensure interior of vehicle is cleaned at the end of each day.
    • Complete any additional cleaning assignments as directed.
  1. 4. Communicate
    • Maintain daily communication with your Crew Lead. Communicate any wants, needs, challenges and input you have. Respond to all communications sent to you.
    • Document all communications in Slack or the appropriate channels.
    • Follow company communication protocols: Immediate = Phone Call, Within 3 hours = 
Slack, Within 24 hours = Email
  1. 5. Learn, Develop and Be Proactive
    • Ask questions and apply what you learn.
    • Pursue personal development through books, podcasts, and other personal development avenues.
    • Be a self starter. Move with intention and efficiency.
